Slow start to the 2009 hurricane season? One forecaster says don't let your guard down

August 6, 2009-- There have been plenty of headlines on the lack of storm activity during the first part of the 2009 Hurricane season. 90.7's Pat Duggins talks with Chuck Watson, Director of Research for Kinetic Analysis, which is a hurricane forecasting company he founded with a UCF statistics professor. Watson says a slow start to the season, or forecasts that count the number of storms, can be misleading.
